How do subscriptions work?

Once you subscribe we will determine a monthly delivery date (every 4 weeks). On the day of delivery, we will perform the following services:

 

1. Place your chemicals in a safe, predetermined area (or in a feed system)

2. Check the water chemistry

3. Check the pool equipment (if subscribed to PREMIUM)

4. Send a report highlighting the amount of chemicals delivered, the water chemistry results, and any recommendations we may have.

We do not dose or administer chemicals for chemical delivery subscriptions. If you ever have any questions feel free to consult us via text or phone, we are happy to help.

Your responsibilities include the following:

On the day of delivery please make sure of the following:

​

1. Gates are unlocked

2. Pets are indoors

3. Make timely payments (as a subscription service, autopay is required. Chemicals are billed for separately, see pricing below)

4. Read the service report

5. Test pool water at least once a week and before swimming (if chemicals are needed, you can purchase via the store page)

6. Administer the appropriate dosage of chemical for your pool (see Orenda Calculator App below)

7. Be responsible when managing and handling pool cleaning supplies. Always refer to the instructions on the packaging and on the accompanying label before using.

You are not required to be on the premises during the time of delivery. However, we highly value prompt communication, if you ever have any questions, concerns, or need for extra chemicals, please reach out to us at your earliest convenience, we are here to help!
